Thank You YWCA Volunteers!

Thank you to all of the YWCA supporters who came out on Saturday, January 21 and braved the rain to volunteer with us at the SHAPE Diva Dash!  Despite the weather, the day was full of fun and laughter!

This women-only adventure-obstacle run featured a 3-mile course over sand and through water at Bonita Cove – Mission Bay.  The dressed up Divas climbed ropes and navigated through tires as they showed off their colorful tutus and feather boas. Our amazing volunteers stayed cheerful and enthusiastic, despite being wet, cold, and covered in sand.  We are incredibly grateful for your dedication to the families that we serve and for allowing us to count on you when we need support!
