The Becky's House Emergency Shelter is a confidential domestic violence shelter offering safety for women and children in immediate danger, providing them with 30 days in a safe environment to determine their next steps. More info |
Becky's House is an 18-month transitional residential program for survivors of domestic violence and their children. Seventy percent of the residents complete the program and secure employment and permanent housing. More info |
In an effort to continue meeting the needs of victims of domestic violence, the YWCA of San Diego County has opened Becky's House 2, which will provide housing to 14 survivors of domestic violence and their children. Services offered to residents will include case management, counseling, legal assistance, tutoring and job skills training.

If you need domestic violence services, but can't come to us…we now come to you! We hope to stop the violence before it occurs by providing education on domestic violence, legal and immigration assistance, job training, and referrals to domestic violence resources for ongoing support. Mobile Domestic Violence Legal Clinics are held in the North County, East County, South Bay and Central regions.
