The Becky’s House® Transitions Program presents an opportunity to partner with the YWCA of San Diego County in assisting survivors of domestic violence in becoming self-sufficient and independent. For one year, the YWCA of San Diego County will work with your tenant to canvas all areas of self-sufficiency, which include: monthly case management, monthly unit inspections, monthly trainings and seminars, as well as periodic communication and interaction with you as the Landlord. The YWCA of San Diego County will Master Lease your unit for up to one year. The goal of this program is to assist families in establishing permanent housing by allowing the tenant to assume responsibility for the lease entirely proceeding into the second year.
